Run the refund recovery software, go the menu and select the "Export" function. When you are finished exporting the required new data you could start checking all recently entered UPS Tracking numbers. You could also mark only specific TNs for checking.
From time to time, depending on the number of packages you send daily/weekly, you should check all TNs, which have statuses "In progress", "Billing Information Received" and "Exception".
Do not forget to run refund recovery software at least once per week!
REMEMBER: if a refund is not requested within 15 days, the UPS will owe you nothing
